ABOUT MiDriver
This is a story about the city of Toronto. One about passion, purpose and a genuine care for how people commute through the city. Being a rideshare driver since 2019 gave us an opportunity to truly understand the richness and complexity of commuting. Beyond a reliable, clean and safe ride, hospitality, comfort, convenience, community, and a pleasant experience were the true needs of each rider. Everyone wants to feel taken care of. We noticed these basic needs. We took them seriously, and we built our service to address these needs.
